1. About us

This website is operated by SwadSangam Natural Products, with its registered office at C-403, Arise Ananta, S G Highway, Vasantnagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382481, India. “We”, “us” and “SwadSangam” refer to SwadSangam Natural Products; “you” refers to anyone using the website or buying from us.

2. Using the website

• By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
• You agree not to misuse the website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or submit false or unlawful content.

3. Your account

You can check out as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@swadsangam.in if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

4. Products

• Our products are natural food items made in small batches. Colour, texture and aroma can vary slightly between batches, and product photos are illustrative.
• Ingredients are listed on each product page and label. Our kitchen handles seeds, nuts and spices; if you have a food allergy, check the ingredients carefully or ask us before ordering.
• Descriptions of traditional benefits (such as aiding digestion) are general information, not medical advice. Consult a doctor if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or are on medication.

5. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are final, with no taxes added on top. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
• Orders are prepaid. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• Prices and offers may change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Coupons and bundle offers are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

6. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive an order ID. You may cancel it until it is packed, as described in our cancellation policy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example when stock runs out, the pincode is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud — and in that case we refund any amount paid in full. Quantity limits per order may apply.

7. Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Delivery is governed by our shipping & delivery policy. Cancellations, replacements and refunds are governed by our cancellation & refund policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

8. Reviews, questions and other content you post

• Reviews and questions you post must be honest, relate to the product, and must not be abusive, defamatory, obscene, promotional or infringe anyone's rights.
• We moderate all submissions and may decline, edit for length or remove content at our discretion.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and share your submission (with your first name and last initial) on our website and marketing channels.

9. Intellectual property

The SwadSangam name, logo, product names, label designs, photographs and website content belong to SwadSangam Natural Products or its licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions or government action). Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will try to resolve any complaint amicably first — please contact us. Subject to that, the courts at Ahmedabad will have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here on the date of your order applies to that order.
